President & CEO

Norm Rosner has over 30 years of software development, IT and business management experience. Before creating FreeSight, he was Chief Operating Officer at Bevinco, a privately held software-based business with thousands of customers worldwide. Prior to that, he built and led the Information Technology area for the pioneering Air Miles loyalty program in Canada. In his early years, Norm held various technical and management roles in systems development at Canadian Pacific Railway, where he was instrumental in creating one of the world’s first email systems.

Norm holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Toronto.

Chief Operating Officer

Shari Golberg has extensive experience in financial management and operations at major financial institutions. Shari started her 20 year career at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as Senior Financial Analyst and quickly became responsible for the finances of the Data Centre Operations area. She later moved on to lead many financial systems implementations, including the revamp of CIBC’s GL and financial reporting systems, President’s Choice Financial launch, various cost allocation and internal billing systems and Basel Accord reporting. Before CIBC, Shari spent a few years developing and analyzing financial systems at Guardian Trust Co.

Shari has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Information Systems from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Concordia University.

Shari knows too well what spreadsheet hell is all about and is very excited that she no longer has to experience it, thanks to FreeSight.

Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer

After a short time working in Environmental Education (B.Sc. in Environmental Studies and Education from University of California, Davis), David discovered an innate talent and skill set for, and the enjoyment of, helping people solve their business problems.

In each of his previous three roles, he took a fledgling division and put it on the map for his company – efficiently, profitably, and most importantly, successfully for his customers. For over ten years he managed international sales and operations for Aldon Computer Group, a software company specializing in software development change and configuration management. Heading a team of sales and technical staff, and channel partners, he supported thousands of top tier customers worldwide. Before Aldon, the team he led for ten years at ICOM Information and Communications Inc. developed and expanded their start-up database marketing product into becoming North America’s premier consumer direct marketing database. Prior to that, in the early days of desktop computing, he set up a local computer training company that he expanded, becoming the managing director for the Canadian division of Learn-PC, at that time a larger US-based computer training company.

David’s business philosophy stems from a belief that success is based on customer satisfaction. His goal is simple – to ensure that you take full advantage of our software to receive maximum benefit, and he will do everything he can to help you do that.
